Cancellation Policy

At Family Fun Powersports LLC, we are committed to providing every customer with a transparent, reliable, and straightforward purchasing experience. We understand that circumstances can change, so we have established the following order-cancellation guidelines.

Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing the order.

To qualify for a full refund, the cancellation request must be received during the 12-hour grace period following order confirmation.

After this period, the order may have entered processing, preparation, or shipping arrangements. Once processing has begun, changes and cancellations may no longer be available, except for limited shipping-address corrections when the order has not yet shipped.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Family Fun Powersports LLC will confirm whether the request was received in time and whether the order is eligible.

Shipping Address Changes

Family Fun Powersports LLC may be able to correct or update a shipping address if the order has not been shipped or assigned to a carrier.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and the complete corrected address. Prompt notification gives us the best opportunity to make the change and prevent delivery delays.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Orders That Have Shipped

An order cannot be canceled after it has shipped or been assigned to a carrier.
